dear authors and true crime professionals
Participation in the fifth annual Hamptons Whodunit, April 15-18, 2027, is by invitation only.
Each year, we curate a lineup of exceptional mystery, thriller, and true crime authors as well as true crime professionals such as investigators, forensic scientists, legal experts, and members of law enforcement.
We are grateful to our sponsors and donors who make it possible to host guests who participate in panels, book signings, and interactive events during the day and in the evening. It’s a fun mystery weekend for all!
Our goal is to finalize April’s guest list in time to start rolling out talent announcements in the fall. Tickets go on sale November 2026.

“You’ve really created something special. It was a fantastic time with longtime friends, new ones, readers, booksellers and librarians. I’ll be singing your praises.”
“I think the best thing about the event was the connection with people, telling my stories and hearing theirs.”
